You will directly lead, coach and inspire all team members on your shift to ensure they provide total customer satisfaction and a great product at all times. We’ll give you the knowledge and skills for this role if you can provide the determination and attitude to become an inspiring leader.

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will manage the physical and psychological needs of residents, creating tailored care plans while adhering to clinical regulations. The role offers flexibility in working hours and emphasizes professional development. Ideal candidates will be NMC registered and have experience in care planning, making this a fulfilling opportunity in a supportive environment.

You will be required to participate in a shift pattern, including weekends and public holidays and be available on standby duties as part of a rota with other colleagues.
