You will manage all pre-departure arrangements, act as the main day-to-day contact for group organisers, and ensure bookings, finances and documentation are handled accurately and on time. You will require previous experience of working in a similar role within a Logistics, transport or other operational environment.
You will have excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to work cross functionally.
You will be involved with the preparation of Transport Statements, Transport Assessments, Technical Notes, and Travel Plans, principally to support planning applications for a range of land uses.
You will attend Design Team Meetings, and liaise by email and telephone with clients, other consultants and local authority officers as required.
