You will be expected to drive to various sites across London, so a valid UK driving license is essential. Duties & Responsibilities - Painting & Decorating: Perform touch-ups as well as full interior/exterior painting to maintain property appearance. - Cleaning: Carry out cleans of vacated/void units, including kitchens, bathrooms, and communal areas.
