You should be comfortable working on propensity modelling, automation and other data-driven initiatives that enhance targeting and efficiency. This isn't just about running projects, it's about using technology and analytics to make smarter decisions at scale. A strong analytical mindset is essential.
You will combine strong financial governance with forward thinking commercial insight, supporting strategic decision making as the business evolves, scales and adapts. This is very much an on site role. The business is growing, changing and investing, and they need a Finance Director who is present, visible and embedded in the day to day rhythm of the organisation.
You should be a team player, detail-oriented, and have a sense of fun.
You should also have experience promoting best practices in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, end-of-life care, and other crucial clinical interventions.
