You will be the primary relationship manager throughout the onboarding process, ensuring successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction. This is an office-based/hybrid role working with a friendly collaborative team at the company’s office in Horsham, West Sussex.
You will oversee client transitions, resolve service issues, and ensure solutions are effectively adopted. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in customer relationship management, strong financial knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
