Transformation Programme Manager jobs in Banbury

You will be responsible for the overall programme delivery including managing budgets, timing and milestones in adherence to the Prodrive programme gateway process.

You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build credible and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and harness excellent negotiation and conflict management skills to drive problem resolution.

You will set strategic direction, manage large teams, and utilize data-driven insights for continuous improvement. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, as a Deputy Manager within the home, you will be required to work shifts or sleep ins when needed to meet the needs of the home.
