You will have a good understanding of, and experience in, the field of financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors and / or reporting accountant's work.
You will also have developed sector knowledge.
You will work collaboratively with existing businesses to win and deliver financial advisory projects, including M&A transactions, whilst building your own highly successful financial due diligence practice.
You will join initially as a salaried employee while focusing on building your network of referrers and clients, converting leads and opportunities, and providing excellent client service.
