You will work collaboratively with existing businesses to win and deliver financial advisory projects, including M&A transactions, whilst building your own highly successful financial due diligence practice.
You will join initially as a salaried employee while focusing on building your network of referrers and clients, converting leads and opportunities, and providing excellent client service.
You will be trusted to run matters independently, think commercially, and deliver work to a high standard with minimal supervision. Commercial contracts experience is an advantage, but strong corporate capability is essential. The work is varied, often complex, and frequently cross-border.
You will work on transactions for a diverse client base, including major lenders, specialist finance providers, private equity investors, and corporate borrowers across the UK and internationally. This role is suitable for a solicitor or associate with 4-7 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) who is qualified to practise in England and Wales.
You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment, while contributing to business development efforts and supporting the growth of junior team members.
