You will undertake carpentry and other trade repairs and maintenance work, to provide high quality, ‘right first time', cost effective building services to the business and its customers.
You must hold a valid manual UK driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).
You will be working from the Lambeth office and covering the surrounding areas, working on the social housing contract.
You will hold a full UK diving licence, be confident in managing your own workload and will ideally already have experience of the housing maintenance sector.
You will be able to analyse, fault find and carry out repairs and services in a professional manner and to a high standard in compliance with and in accordance with current regulation / legislation.
