transaction services associate jobs in Cheshire

You will have a good understanding of, and experience in, the field of financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors and / or reporting accountant's work.

You will also have developed sector knowledge.

You will work on behalf of Asset Based Lenders, ascertaining suitability for large finance transactions, often syndicated and/or multi-jurisdictional.

You will work in close partnership with the existing team to minimise bad debt provisions through the detailed understanding of credit stewardship principles and the early identification of risk within the corporate space.

You will work collaboratively with existing businesses to win and deliver financial advisory projects, including M&A transactions, whilst building your own highly successful financial due diligence practice.

You will join initially as a salaried employee while focusing on building your network of referrers and clients, converting leads and opportunities, and providing excellent client service.
