You will be a confident team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise with others, as well as continuing to build your own technical expertise or specialism. As a Consultant/Associate Director your work will be predominantly advisory, and the types of clients you will deal with include:UK and overseas businesses that operate in the Real Estate sectors.
You will deal with a wide range of M&A tax work, including: - Due diligence projects; vendor advice, including clearances and pre‐sale structuring; - Structuring for PE‐backed transactions; - Corporate restructuring, outsource, reorganisation and management buy‐outs; - Providing deal support such as reviewing Loevers;
You will be able to draw on your strong Financial Due Diligence experience to work with a variety of clients or sector specific clientsUsing your analytical skills you will interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions for your clients
You will have overall responsibility for cost management, reporting, monitoring of recovery rates against budget and invoicing
