You will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing all production plans and schedules.

You will monitor progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.

You will serve as the main point of contact for a wide range of customers and suppliers.

You will be working in a workshop environment rebuilding and assembling mechanical systems, carrying out pump and pipework builds, and supporting the electrical side of system assembly. A basic level of electrical knowledge is required, with further electrical training provided.

You will act as a number two to the Finance Director and play a key role in supporting the business with accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis and strategic decision-making whilst leading a small team.

You will be a qualified finance professional with: - Strong technical knowledge across financial accounting, tax, VAT, and treasury - Proven experience in statutory reporting, audit, and financial control - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
