You will be responsible for supervising and conducting housing management and leasehold cases and leading and mentoring a team of junior lawyers to support all functions of the Legal Services Team. You will support partners and associates on a broad range of insolvency, restructuring, and asset recovery matters, acting for insolvency practitioners, lenders, corporate, and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include: Assisting on contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters
You will primarily advise on Mental Capacity Welfare matters within the Court of Protection, alongside related Community Care and Judicial Review work where appropriate. The position involves working with vulnerable clients and their families, as well as professionals and public bodies, delivering high-quality legal advice in complex and sensitive matters.
You will have worked with leads generated via the web and will be able to demonstrate that you can maximise the potential of each lead provided via a consultative sales approach.
