You will liaise with all levels of histopathology staff to support the training needs within the service.

You will be a Biomedical scientist by background, HCPC registered with significant experience within a Histopathology / Cellular Pathology NHS laboratory with experience training staff.

You must be a person with a learning disability, an autistic person or both.

You will have a willingness to share your experiences in front of a group.

You will have a passion for helping others learn and improve support.

You will be open to learning new skills and receiving feedback.

You will be a part of an environment that has a strong emphasis on teamwork and will enjoy hands-on experience, receiving guidance and supervision from experienced healthcare professionals.

You will work with small groups of adult learners, developing their practical mechanics skills, technical understanding, and employability behaviours to support rehabilitation and reduce re-offending.

You will need to be: - An excellent presenter, comfortable speaking to diverse audiences such as schools, community groups, and stakeholders. - Experienced in communications, ideally within an environmental, waste management, or educational setting. - Skilled at producing clear, engaging written and visual content.
