You will receive structured training, mentoring, and exposure to the full land acquisition process, working closely with experienced Land Managers and a Land Director.
You will provide tailored support, advice, and assistance to individuals and families in need, helping them to overcome challenges and access the necessary services and resources. Key Responsibilities Undertake initial assessments and support referrals. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and develop individualised support plans.
You will collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure compliance to relevant NR and health and safety legislation.
