You will be working directly for the manufacturer, so you will get all the tools, parts and equipment you need as well as specialist training to expand your knowledge base and provide industry leading training to a range of customers.

You will lead on quality improvement, coach and support tutors, and drive innovation to meet challenging performance targets. This is a leadership role requiring strong management skills, curriculum development experience, and a commitment to improving learner outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
You will support the Education Manager with effective management of the curriculum, ensuring needs of learners and employers are met.
You will lead on quality assurance and improvement, developing and encouraging an innovative and problem-solving approach to the work of the tutors in order to raise standards and meet challenging targets in line with performance indicators.
You will also be able to showcase: - Experience working in Financial Service functions, offering support and/or training - Significant technical understanding of financial services regulatory regimes, including COBS - Ability to deliver business process improvements and an efficient approach to your work
