You will bring a strong understanding of the real challenges and day to day realities faced by our services, ensuring all learning is relevant, practical and impactful.
You will use your working knowledge and experience of Wheatley Care processes and policies to create meaningful development opportunities that support our staff and enhance the quality of care we provide to the people we work for.
You will work in four different parts of our firm for six months each.
