You will have the opportunity to work across the entire Talent and Development offer, supporting our management development programs, our various career academies and our core talent and development offer. This will include working with individuals from senior management and staff across a wide range of professional disciplines, to design and deliver learning interventions.

You will not be building schemes from scratch, writing pricing models, or creating rating engines.

You will be working on niche education and charity schemes, acting as the central link between insurer partners, internal trading teams, and scheme governance.

You will need to be proactive, confident, and comfortable influencing internal teams and challenging poor service.

You must have a technical qualification and previously worked in a technical role, perhaps as an Electrical or Electronics Engineer as well as proven experience in business-to-business sales or specification or market development roles within the electrical switchgear or power management industry.
