You will play a key role in leading the staff team, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted expectations.
You will be working in a highly pressurised and at times challenging environment; you will be our first point of contact for our residents and must be able to communicate in a clear and friendly manner. Your role will involve: Dealing with residents on the phoneLogging and resolving and escalating all enquiries.
You must have experience of working within the building controls industry, as well as have an understanding of mechanical plant.
You will have proven diagnostic skills and be able to systematically identify and resolve technical problems.
You will also be required to be on call for emergency or breakdown purposes, on a rota basis.
