You will use ELSA techniques (or similar emotional support strategies) to help students manage anxiety, build self-esteem, and improve social skills.
You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including behaviour mentors and a school counsellor, to provide a holistic support network.
You will be expected to provide care at a high standard in order to help the residents and ensure that you are always there for them.
You will have the maturity to be able to work within a positive behaviour support framework, to accept responsibility, handle stress and to grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner.
You will work as part of a team in Primary Schools in the Chorley and Surrounding areas providing high quality, healthy, balanced meals for school children.
You will be required to provide a car for use in connection with the duties of this post and must be insured for business use.
