You will adhere to the goals of ‘No wrong Front Door’ and support the operations of the Access Team who seek to identify the right service for a young person at the right time.
You will be responsible for coordinating the intake of referrals into CAMHS, carrying out telephone triages, face to face assessments and brief interventions with children aged 0-18 years and their families.
You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor who will work with you 1-2-1 or in group sessions to provide additional training and support. Once the HTML & CSS courses are complete, your trainer will move you forward to the next stage.
You should be somebody who can work well alone but when needed be able to integrate well into a team.
You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.
You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
