Trainee Teaching Assistant jobs in Monmouth

You will be supporting students who need additional support and are disengaged with mainstream education.

You must have experience working with children who display challenging behaviours, preferably with de-escalation training.

You must be confident working on a 1-1 basis and be comfortable dealing with students who may display more complex or challenging behaviours.

You will support lesson delivery, work 1:1 and in small groups, and help create a positive, inclusive and well-managed learning environment.

You will be joining schools that place a strong focus on pupil development and staff progression, with a proven track record of supporting sports graduates into teacher training, SEN roles and long-term education careers.
