You will be reporting to the Project Manager and responsible for curating and developing an effective site team; taking the site from preconstruction onwards including site setup and enabling works, infrastructure, RC frame superstructure, externals and internal fit-out with a focus on delivering high quality units at a larger than market average size.
You should technically be up to date with IFRS & IAS, and knowledge of IRIS and Sage Accounts would be a distinct advantage.
