You will be clinically responsible for patients within Crisis team across 2 locality.
You will be part of an established MDT that includes nurses, Allied Health Professionals and support staff. This is a 6 PA Consultant post in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in the CAMHS Crisis Resolution Team.
You will learn how to assess and control risks, understand legal responsibilities, and investigate incidents. Step 2 – NEBOSH General Certificate Build on your foundation with the NEBOSH General Certificate, the gold standard for health and safety professionals. This qualification covers workplace hazards, health and safety legislation, and how to design and implement effective safety systems.
You will be supported through structured training, mentoring, and real project responsibility, allowing you to develop both technically and professionally.
You will learn industry-recognised methodologies, including business process modelling, stakeholder analysis, and requirements engineering, while building practical experience with real-world case studies.
You will work closely with our domestic and commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is eager to learn and grow within the company. Key Responsibilities:
