You will receive supervision and support from the Regional Clinical Director, will have the support of an Assistant Psychologist, and will also provide supervision to the Qualified Psychologists within an inpatient service.
You will be working alongside a multi-disciplinary team comprising Nursing & Care, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy and Dietetic.

You will be responsible for driving psychologically informed practice, enhancing patient outcomes, and supporting service development.
You will also contribute to the promotion of positive mental health and wellbeing across our community. We are particularly interested in applicants with a passion for Youth justice, post-16 development, or social care partnership work, as these areas will shape future service development projects.
