You will also have completed the IAPT Supervisor Training course. The post holder will assist the PWP Team Lead and Senior PWP Lead in the organisation and co-ordination of Low Intensity interventions for people with common mental health problems. The post holder will also be expected to keep up to date with new innovations and developments in PWP practice.
You will contribute to the overall performance and delivery of a responsive, high-quality service, ensuring that all interventions meet clinical governance and IAPT quality standards.
You will also actively participate in case management and line management supervision and support the wider team to deliver excellent outcomes.
You will be employed within the Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust and will therefore benefit from being part of a professional organisational structure within a large Foundation Trust and part of a more local integrated network of mental health and wellbeing services.
You will be working within a stepped care model, providing assessments and delivering evidence based low intensity interventions for people with common mental health problems.
You will receive regular clinical supervision and support from a qualified therapist and work closely with other clinical practitioners within the team.
You must have the right to work in the UK as we are currently unable to offer working visa opportunities. While we continue to offer a range of ways for people to access our services including face‐to‐face appointments across the Teesside area, we will discuss options for hybrid working in line with patient and service needs.
