You will be required to attend various locations to inspect, diagnose and raise works orders for the repairs and maintenance across our Livewell stock.
You will play an integral part in delivery of our Stock Investment Programme across our Livewell portfolio which will include preparing annual budget forecasts and strategic reports.
You will be trusted to manage your own workload while being supported by a reliable/ experienced team. On rare occasions, nationwide travel may be required (approximately once per month), with all travel time, meals, and accommodation fully covered.
