You will be working with a team based in London. Ideally 2 days in the London office with Broker visits expected in the region you are looking to develop business from. Key Responsibilities -
You will be responsible a varied real estate caseload including leases, development matters, option agreements, overage and promotion agreements to name but a few matters.
You will be handling your own caseload and also be expected to play an active role in assisting to grow and develop the team further.
You will also have the reassurance of a job guarantee (£25K-£40K) upon completion. Whether you are working full-time, part-time or are unemployed, this package has the flexibility to be completed at a pace that suits you and can be completed in a few weeks or a few months (step 1 to 4 below).
