You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including but not limited to:
You will manage a varied and challenging caseload of predominantly commercial property litigation matters, while playing an active role in the team’s continued growth,
You will also work closely with more senior members of the team on more complex disputes.
You will be responsible for supervising more junior members of the team
You will be based in our perfectly located and central Birmingham office and will ideally have at least 1+ PQE. Depending on your experience you will be working alongside David on more complex matters, as well as independently on your own cases. We trust our people to work flexibly in the way that works best for them, their teams and our clients.
You will also assist in marketing and business development of the department and firm.
You will play a key role in driving the commercial property department forward and using the firm’s client relationships as a solid foundation, you will build upon the existing caseload and develop new business.
You will ideally be a Partner and will have developed a depth of knowledge in all areas including ideally development and investment, regeneration work and general commercial property matters.
