You will have the opportunity to: Assist with the preparation of the annual capital improvement budget and forecast funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies; Utilize CAD design software to design plans for various construction projects; Serve as the city's construction project manager on all CIP projects;

You will brief, coordinate and monitor all parties (not manage) to ensure that each project, whatever scale or level of complexity, gets planned properly, and that on site activities are executed accurately and safely.
