You will oversee a small warehouse and admin team, manage daily workflow, and ensure the site operates safely, efficiently, and to a high professional standard. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership - Oversee daily warehouse and administrative operations. - Act as second in command supporting the Operations Manager.

You will play a key role in: - Managing live operational environments - Acting as a senior escalation point for incidents - Owning operational processes, reporting and compliance - Driving operational excellence at site level

You will also be required to participate in an on-call rota (once trained) to support the team and the customer. This is subject to an on-call payment and additional payment for hours worked.

You should also be confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels and have a wider skill set that includes strong communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, sales and IT Skills.
