You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, championing best practice in people management, safeguarding, and organisational effectiveness.
You will be an experienced HR leader with strong judgement, excellent communication skills, and the credibility to operate confidently at senior level in a complex, sensitive environment.
You will carry out a broad range of estates duties including event setups, porterage, minor maintenance, security cover, statutory compliance checks, and general site operations.
You will also act as a key holder and support locking and alarm response procedures.
You must have vigilance, concentration and common sense as well as the ability to build strong relationships with our customers.
You will need to be confident in communicating with customers and colleagues in both written and spoken English and an appropriate level of numeracy is also important.
You will own bottling line maintenance planning and execution, while also looking for opportunities for performance optimisation, design improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives. The focus is on building out robust, maintainable systems that reduce downtime, improve repeatability, and support MOMO’s growth.
You will be expected to contribute ideas and provide input into this process.
