trainee process operator jobs in Aylesford

You will have an opportunity to increase your take home pay to circa £34,000 per annum through overtime and standby rota.

You will join the standby rota after you complete your training est.

You will be part of the frontline operations team in the Kent area and the business simply cannot operate without you.

You will handle day‑to‑day admin tasks, manage communication with clients and suppliers, coordinate deliveries, process returns, and maintain accurate records. This is a key role ensuring smooth operational flow across the business.

You will be working Monday to Thursday 10am-6:00pm & on Friday 10am - 5pm (hours maybe subject to change). Pay rate of £12.21 an hour.

You must have safety boots and a Hi Vis vest. This is a temp role lasting initially 4-6 weeks work but will be reviewed weekly, as will depend on suitability to the role & work load.
