You will be allocated cases to complete in the full pension lifecycle, working on both automated and manual calculations.
You will draft correspondence and reports, as well as answering phone calls directly from our members to support our Client Executive team.
You will be notified on your progress throughout the process.
You will be responsible for overseeing operational activities of the pensions in-house team and contributing to develop a consistent communication strategy across various stakeholders. This position will run until September 2026 with the postential of extension. Due to being a contract role, there are both PAYE and Umbrella rates available.
You will need experience in working on pension litigation matters, be 5+ PQE, you will be motivated, and team orientated.
