You will provide commercially-oriented advice to both employer and employee clients, lead and progress matters from instruction through to resolution or litigation, and contribute to the development and growth of the team and the wider firm.
You will handle a diverse caseload, including:
You will hold a PgDip in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent (ANP) and have experience working in an ANP/PA role. We will consider applicants for trainee posts under Annex 21. The Nurse Manager and medical colleagues will support the development of individuals to meet advanced practice competencies through the triangulation approach of academic courses, mentorship and clinical supervision.
You will gain exposure to Sheriff Court, Land Court, and Court of Session actions, alongside inquiry and tribunal work. Key Responsibilities - Manage a busy and varied caseload, maintaining strong client relationships. - Appear in Sheriff Courts across Scotland and assist counsel in higher courts.
You will have:Experience advising on commercial contracts and related advisory matters. Exposure to supply and distribution, outsourcing or IP agreements. Experience in IP and technology matters (desirable but not essential). Strong drafting and analytical skills. A practical, solutions-focused approach to legal advice.
