You will be supporting functions and working with our production, manufacturing, logistics and quality departments. You'll see the implementation of innovative technologies, streamline processes through designing on CAD new tooling and equipment to ensure ultimate efficiency and also writing SOPS (Standard Operating Procedures).
You will be involved in a number of daily tasks set to aid the inspection, improvement and repair of our assets, such as routine maintenance on key equipment, mains cleansing & flushing, disinfection of mains, tracing mains & apparatus and identifying contamination risks.
You will also Constantly strive to make improvements to the section with ideas being shared with Network Operations Management.
You will take responsibility for day-to-day shift operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently met. This is a hands-on role, combining technical injection moulding expertise with people leadership and continuous improvement responsibilities.
