You will have an HNC/SVQ3 or equivalent in an IT related subject or significant experience in similar role.
You will work as part of a team to provide support, fault diagnosis and repair of IT systems, applications and devices.
You will have good written and oral communication skills, proven fault diagnosis and rectification abilities/techniques, with good organisational skills.
You will be expected to resolve incidents and service requests at first contact covering a wide range of services.
You will have previous experience of working within an IT support environment and you will have technical skills gained from supporting users at all levels using PCs, mobile devices and the suite of Microsoft 365 applications.
