You will have the chance to use the latest technologies such as GPR and EML to accurately detect utility lines and systems, ensuring an excellent service. The ideal candidate is an experience Utility Surveyor or Trainee Team Lead looking to step into the next stage of your career.

You will have utility surveying experience and will be comfortable with PAS 128 methodology and processing.

You will support cost management and commercial delivery on a variety of commercial interior re-fit projects (offices, retail spaces, hospitality venues, etc.) under the guidance of senior surveyors and project managers. This is a great opportunity to develop your career in a creative, fast-paced environment working across multiple fit-out programmes.

You will need to have a real passion for residential property and surveying, commitment, loyalty and a genuine desire to build you're surveying career with Connells.
