You will work on real production problems rather than research-only work, owning models from first iteration through to live deployment.

You will collaborate closely with other data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps, with the freedom to shape how GenAI and ML are used across the platform.

You will work across a variety of complex analytical problems, owning experimentation end-to-end—even when ideal conditions such as user randomisation or high statistical power are not present.

You will design solutions, support strategic objectives, and manage junior members. The ideal candidate must have a BSc in a relevant field, extensive experience in delivering ML solutions, and excellent skills in Python and associated ML packages.
