You will be working closely with Conveyancers and Legal Administrators to ensure a first-class service is provided.

You will communicate with clients, stakeholders, and third parties, responding to correspondence, calls and emails in a prompt manner

You will be a Qualified Legal Executive, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with solid experience in residential conveyancing (commercial experience is a bonus, but not essential).

You will be expected to be able to work on a range of matters including, new build purchases, residential sales, plot sales, site acquisition and finance matters. Whilst you may not work predominantly on development site acquisition and finance matters you may be asked to work alongside our commercial property colleagues on such matters.
