You will be responsible for expanding Avenues' reach, diversifying income streams, and ensuring the sustainability and excellence of our property portfolio and asset management.
You will have significant experience of winning new business in social care or a related area and will bring a passion and drive for developing new services and income streams.
You will also lead design development and approvals across MEICA and civils interfaces, ensuring constructability, phasing, utility surveys, and clash management. Youll produce and manage an integrated programme across design, permitting, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioningprotecting the critical path, productivity, and delivery certainty.
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with a solid background in an SME-focused practice environment. My client is looking for someone who is technically confident, comfortable dealing directly with business owners, and commercially aware.
You will have a close relationship with the school and be responsible for a well-established kitchen, dedicated to providing the best for all children. As a Executive Chef Manager, you will be working in a passionate and hard-working team to create an outstanding experience for our school.
You will join the teaching teams and support the research project module.
You will be allocated up to 20 project students and you will be required to provide 10 hours of supervision plus marking time per student supervised. Salary: £250 per student in all locations. This includes supervisory time, formative feedback, 1st marking and 2nd marking as well as ad-hoc meetings.
You will be the welcoming face to our clients who regularly attend the Sidcup office in person, providing support to client-facing teams and all colleagues.
You will have the skills and ability to prioritise your own workload whilst maintaining high diligence.
