You will shadow a Senior Engineer for 6-12 months who will also teach you electrical skills along with programming. You will work 38 hours per week on a variety of shift patterns including morning, evenings and weekends. Join us as a Trainee and you will earn: £14.25 per hour, rising to £14.75 per hour after your 5 week training period, then rising to £15.50 per hour after 12 months.
