We are looking for a hands on Site Manager, with a proven track record of driving sites through effective management and maintaining site presence.

You will be responsible for assisting the aftersales manager to drive the growth and profitability of the service department, through effective supervision of the service team members. Focusing on maintaining customer loyalty by providing outstanding customer satisfaction. This position is offered on a full-time Monday to Friday & 1 in 3 Saturdays, reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

You will manage a new build residential project, ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with a reputable housebuilder and necessary certifications such as SMSTS and CSCS. This position offers a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus a package.
