You will provide accurate information, direct calls appropriately, and support the efficient operation of the Trust’s customer service function. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple queries efficiently.
You will be working 3 days per week between Monday and Sunday.

You will join a busy and vibrant claims handling team where you will manage your own caseload of new and existing property claims. As a Property Claims Handler you will: Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with incoming electronic instructions. Liaise with customers, clients, insurers via the telephone, email and in writing.
