You will join a busy and vibrant claims handling team where you will manage your own caseload of new and existing property claims. As a Property Claims Handler you will: Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with incoming electronic instructions. Liaise with customers, clients, insurers via the telephone, email and in writing.
You will be approachable and detail focused, ensuring that our children’s safety is assured at all times, and that all protocols and regulations are fully adhered to. Do you have what it takes to encourage and help our children to live independently and guide and teach them with your own life experiences?
You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customer's expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression. Maximising opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and internet enquiries.
You will hold a valid UK drivers licence.
You will assess the full range of health conditions and disabilities affecting the claimant, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual and cognitive impairments.
You will have time built into your working rota for breaks, CPD, audit amendments, requesting and reviewing further evidence and team meetings.
