You will also support the sales and marketing teams in order to maximise the efficiency of sales consultants’ time so they can focus on qualified leads. This role will be worked on a rota basis from Monday - Sunday, with core hours from 9am-8pm and 10am-5pm on Sundays. We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we’re also committed to supporting flexible working where possible.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our depot operations, including inventory management, scheduling, team supervision, quality management and ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in fast moving operations (or similar), excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
You will ensure all equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order. You'll need to react quickly to call-outs from the client and comply with all Health & Safety legislation and policies (all training will be provided).

You will have great attention to detail and accuracy in your work. Applicants will be physically fit as there is some heavy lifting and repetitive actions involved in this role. Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative and operating manual handling equipment would be beneficial, however, is not necessary as full training is provided.
