You will focus on identifying training needs of the current driver team and delivering training through effective coaching, ensuring all drivers meet the highest standards of operational quality and safety. Working closely with the Fleet Compliance Officer and Driver Assessor you will help deliver training courses to both existing and new drivers to ensure best practise is adhered to.
You will have your Class 1 Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience driving commercially.
You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.
You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
You will be contracted to work 39 annualised hours per week, starting between 04:00 and 06:00, on a Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional cover for annual leave or sickness on Tuesday to Saturday when required. Pay, benefits and more: - £29,843.64 per annum
