Train Depot Cleaner jobs in Coventry

You will manage workloads, oversee performance reviews, coordinate absence cover, and provide training and motivation to team members.

You will act as a key link between senior management and the team, ensuring clear communication while delegating tasks, setting priorities, and maintaining efficient workflows.

You must be able to work to deadlines and prioritise Excellent attention to detail is required Required to work independently or in a small team Customers may be on site so you need to be polite and courteous at all times Full training will be given on all duties and machinery if required If you would like to advance in your career, then we can help you with this!

You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role.

You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative.

You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

You must pick up a minimum of 3 shifts per week. Including 1 weekend day. (Shift timing examples below) - Ongoing shifts and development opportunities. - Trained on multiple skills to operate effectively. - Weekly Pay (every Friday)
