You must be available Monday to Friday during term time 5 days out of 7 Location: Various school locations in Cardiff Hours: Part-time | Term-time | Early morning / Afternoon shifts Monday - Friday for cleaners and lunchtime for Catering Assistants
You will need to have strong communication skills, be hard-working, and practical. In order to be successful, you'll also need to pass a security clearance procedure due to the nature of the role and provide satisfactory references that cover the last 3 years of employment.
You will receive, on the job, paid training.
You will need to have a good conversational standard of the English language and an ability to read and interpret our Health & Safety guidance.
You will also be flexible to work (with notice) additional hours when the need arises, especially during the main student arrival and departure weekends.
You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative.
You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
