You will be trusted to run bathroom sales properly and grow it. THIS IS NOT A STANDARD SHOWROOM JOB

You will own bathroom sales within the showroom, working with retail customers who value clarity, confidence and quick turnaround rather than pressure selling. Alongside retail customers, you will build strong relationships with independent installers and contractors.

You will support the Performance and Standards Managers to drive excellent standards across Guest Experience service delivery.

You will gain the required knowledge of mandatory safety skills to support the delivery of training and assessments of all colleagues.
